It is with great sadness that the family of the late Donald Gilbert Park announce his passing on Friday, May 29, 2015 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 81 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Pauline Parsons, Gilbert Park (Lynn), Ernie Park (Elaine) and Lloyd Park (Rose); grandchildren: Gerri-Lynn, Alison, Nikki, Robert, Danny, BJ, Deniene and Kevin and 10 great-grandchildren; brothers: Austin Park and Leo Park; sisters: Betty Morgan and Eva Ricketts; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Richard and Christina Park, wife Nettie Park (nee Lovell), daughter Michele Eveleigh, brother Lowell Park, sister Doreen Pitcher and son-in-law Wade Parsons. Friends may visit The Epiphany Anglican Church in McIver's on Saturday from where the funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 31 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Charlene Laing officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to The Epiphany Anglican Church Memorial Fund or a Charity of One's Choice.
