TOWER, FRANCES PATRICIA
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Frances Patricia (Gould) Tower which occurred at the Rocmaura Nursing Home on Friday, May 29th, 2015. Born 1938, in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Annie (Frozel) Gould.
Pat worked for Neilson’s for many years and was a member of the Sisters of Charity. In her earlier years, Pat enjoyed bowling and playing cards. She had a great love for bingo.
Pat is survived by her loving husband Donald of 59 years; sons Roy, Steven, and Scott all of Saint John; daughter Brenda Owen of Hampton; brothers Ronald (Alice) of Oshawa, ON., Harold (Sandra) of Saint John; sisters Eva Titus, Katherine Davis, Barbara O’Brien (Mike) all of Saint John; daughter-in-law Karen; son-in-law Michael; 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides her parents, Pat was predeceased by her infant son and brothers Peter and Edward Gould.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation being held on Monday, June 1st from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service will take place from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Tuesday, June 2nd at 11 a.m. followed by an interment at Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
