WATERALL, FLORENCE GRACE
It is with heavy hearts the family of the late Florence Grace Waterall of Mill Cove Nursing Home, formerly of Grand Bay –Westfield, announce her passing which occurred at Mill Cove Nursing Home on Saturday May 30, 2015. Born in Sussex February of 1937, she was the daughter of the late John and Rhoda (Steen) Lewis.
Florence was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be sadly missed by daughter Tanya-Lee Waterall, step-daughter Patricia Wasson, special great-grandson Isaiah, dear nephew Michael Lewis, brother Eugene Lewis (Cathy), sister Geraldine Cruikshank (Les); grandchildren Shannon, Shawna, Trevor and Patrick; great-grandchildren Emma Lee, Dillon James and Damon Thomas; several nieces, nephews; special friends Barbara MacKinnon and Ellen Easton.
Besides her parents, Florence was predeceased by her husband Charles Waterall and step-daughter Brenda Madore.
After years of working in retail sales, Florence was employed until her retirement from Shoppers Drug Mart as a cosmetician. Over the years she enjoyed her leisure time doing ceramics and working in her flower gardens.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation on Tuesday, June 2nd from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Celebration of Florence’s Life will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday June 3rd at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at River Bank Cemetery.
