After a courageous battle with cancer, Verna Ruth (Hutchinson) Roy, passed away Jan. 26, 2009, in Hamilton, Ont., at the age of 67. Wife of the late Anthony Roy. Born in Ellerslie on Aug. 6, 1941, daughter of Isabelle (MacNevin) Hutchinson and the late Byron Hutchinson. Loving mother of Rhonda (Roy) Beamer. Loving grandmother to Caitlin, Kiley and Dakota Beamer. Dear sister to Olga (Aldo) Martino, Charlie (Irma) Hutchinson, Clair Hutchinson, Eleanor (Lorne) Leahey, Elmer (Helen) Hutchinson, Steven (Cindy) Hutchinson and Priscilla (Randy) Dyment. No visitation or funeral by persnal request.
