It is with great sadness that the family of the late Joseph Whynott announce his passing on Saturday June 6, 2015 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 71 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his son: Joseph Jr. (Trina) of Woodstock, Ontario, grandchildren: Rhys, Madisyn, and Braedyn, Siblings: Kevin, Theresa, Jean, and Wayne. He was predeceased by his parents: Charles and Elizabeth, Siblings: Ray, Randy, and Patsy. Visitation will take place at Fillatre's Funeral Home 218 Curling Street on Monday and Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday June 10th, at 10:30 am from Sacred Heart Parish Curling Street. Father Don Leonard officiating, Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
