Passed peacefully away on June 5, 2015 at Brookfield Hospital Seymour Stokes age 81 years of Cape Freels. Predeceased by his parents Job and Annie; sisters Lydia, Neta and Ellen; brother Gerald. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Vera; sons Curtis( Trudy) of Gander, Garrit( Peggy) of Cape Freels; daughter Cavell(Wayne)of Cape Freels; brothers Frank (Hazel) of Cape Freels, Esau (Maggie) of Cape Freels, Harold(Daisy) of Bareneed, Wayne( Jocelyn) of Cape Freels; sister Elsie of Cape Freels; grandchildren Dwayne, Lesley, Nathaniel, Cameron, Glenda, Kasie and Noah; great -grandchildren Christy and Alli; and a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Funeral service took place at The Gospel Hall, Templeman on Monday June 8, 2015 @ 2pm with Mr. Marvin Derksen officiating. Interment followed at The Cape Freels Cemetery.
