The death occurred peacefully at her home in Saint John, N.B., on Thursday, January 22, 2009, of Millie Daley (Gallant). Born November 25, 1919, to the late Vital and Agelina Gallant of Oyster Bed Bridge, P.E.I. Her loving family, as well as her sisters, Rita, Yvonne, Eleanor and Zita; and her brother, Eugene were nearby. Predeceased by her loving husband, Leo Daley; son, Peter; daughter, Patricia; her sister, Loretta Quinn on November 2, 2008; and brothers, Allan and Louis. Mass of Christian burial was held at St. Joachim Catholic Church, Saint John, N.B., on Monday, January 26, 2009.
