Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Sunday, June 21, 2015. Sophie March (nee Spurrell) in her 96th year. Predeceased by her husband: Ralph O. March in 1996; parents: William and Elizabeth Spurrell and brother: William Spurrell. Leaving to mourn her daughters: Sandra March (Charlie Parsons) and Janice Ronan (Jim); son: David March (Gloria); beloved grandchildren: Colin and Jaclyn (nee March) Skinner and Tim and Jeff Ronan; great-granddaughter; Sophie Skinner; sister-in-law: Jean Wolchick of Calgary and brother-in-law: Rene March of Ontario, as well as many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place from Barrett's Chapel on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 11 am. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
