Peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Sunday, June 28, 2015 of Lillian Louise Simmons of Charlottetown.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where a celebration of her life will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre memorial garden fund would be appreciated.
Visiting hours on Wednesday from 3 to 6 p.m.
