We are sad to announce the passing of our beloved mother Helen Rose on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at St. Andrew’s Terrace, Cambridge.
Daughter of the late John and Christina Heffernan of New Waterford, Nova Scotia, Helen was predeceased by and is now reunited with her beloved husband John Rose, her sons Carson Rose and Myles Rose, her sister Evangeline Hat and her brothers Myles Heffernan and Emerson Heffernan.
At the age of 89, Helen was the last member of her family. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Pamela Brown (Jack) of Kitchener, Linda Cameron (Mike) of Hamilton, Claudia Ganzon (Will) of Cambridge and Tracy Rose of Cambridge and her sons John Rose (Susan) of St. Catharines and Emerson Rose (Elaine) of New Waterford. She will also be missed by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Helen has lived at St. Andrew’s Terrace for the last 8 years and we would like to thank the staff for their compassionate care. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held at the T. Little Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Friday, July 24, 2015 at 11 a.m.
