CLANCY, Thomas M. – Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Friday, January 30, 2009, Thomas Clancy, retired R.C. School Board employee in his 90th year. Predeceased by his wife Frances (nee Gulliver), 2005, sister Mary McDonald and brother Frank. Left with fond and loving memories, his sons and daughters: Raymond (Alice), Sean (Donna), Derm (Gail), Brian (Judy), Maureen Marcotte (Mike); eleven grandchildren: Thomas (Glenda), Kim (Sam Wells), Lisa (Brian), Leslie, Craig, Sean (Kelly), Thomas (Kathryn), Paul (Cindy), Jennifer (Jeff Coady), Rick (Tina) and Rod (Nicole); nine great-grandchildren; brother Ray Clancy; sister-in-law Dorothy Dooley; as well as many other relatives and friends. A special thank-you to the staff of St. Clare’s Hospital. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Monday, February 2, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. from St. Pius X Church. Cremation to follow.
