R. Clarence
Clarence Field of Torbay, NL passed peacefully away in the presence of family at the palliative care unit of the L.A. Miller Centre on Friday, July 31, 2015 at the age of 78 after his second courageous battle with cancer. He leaves to mourn with loving memories his devoted wife of 50 years, Mildred (nee Cole); daughters Wanda (Bob), Brenda (Paul), and Sandra (Rodney); beloved grandchildren Lucas, Nathan, Dara and Cole; brothers Robert (Lorraine), Howard (Betty), and Marvin (Shirley); sister Jessie; and brother-in-law Bruce. Born in Torbay, he was the son of the late George and Martha Field. He is predeceased by his sister Hilda and brother-in-law Bill. He will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family and friend. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, TORBAY, on Sunday from 7-9 p.m., Monday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 2 p.m. from St. Nicholas Anglican Church, Torbay with interment to follow at St. Nicholas Anglican Cemetery. Donations can be made in his Memory to St. Nicholas Building Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society.
