TRENTON - Alfred Kenneth Polley, age 60, of Trenton, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2015 in the Aberdeen Hospital surrounded by loved ones.
Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of Nora (Allan) Polley of Trenton and the late Charles Douglas Polley.
He was retired from Trenton Works. He enjoyed to travel, cars and going to the beach. He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife Juanita (Pelrine); sons: Jason, Trenton; Chris (Jaclyn), Trenton; grandchildren: Chyanne and Cierra; sister, Nancy (Michael) Landry, Dartmouth; brother Ronald, Mississauga, Ont.
He was predeceased by a brother, Calvin.
Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in the R.H. Porter Funeral Home, Trenton, from where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday with Mr. Fergie MacKay officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Aberdeen Palliative Care Society or Canadian Cancer Society.
