BOURQUE, Roseanna – Age 95, of Nakile Home for Special Care, Argyle, formerly of Amirault’s Hill, passed away on August 8, 2015 at Nakile. Born in Amirault’s Hill, on November 5, 1919, she was a daughter of the late, Alexandre and Rosalie Amirault. Roseanna loved line dancing, quilting, music, cards and cooking (feeding everyone). She was devoted to her family and church. She is survived by her children, Maynard (Pauline), Joyce Boudreau (Peter), Brian (Marie-Louise), Cecil (Myra), Paula (Giles) and Curtis (Pam); 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Camille Bourque; sisters, Irene, Gertrude, Elizabeth and Dorothy; brothers, Henry, Amedée, Jobie and Elien. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth where visitation was from 2-4 and 7-9 Monday, August 10 in the Funeral Home in Yarmouth, with prayers at 8 p.m. A funeral mass was held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Holy Family Catholic Church, Amirault’s Hill, Father Maurice LeBlanc officiated. Burial was held after the mass in the Parish Cemetery. Donations in memory may be made to Nakile Home for Special Care or the Holy Family Church Cemetery Fund.
