Age 95, passed away peacefully in Camp Hill Veterans' Memorial Building, QEII, in Halifax, on July 22, 2015.
Fred was born in Cape Bear, P.E.I. He was a son of the late Peter Silas White and Minnie Laura White (Beck) (of Murray Harbour, P.E.I.). He is survived by his son, W. Glen (Rose), Dartmouth; grandsons, Glen Jr. (Barb), Portland, OR; Peter, Enfield and Dylan, Halifax; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Elva Bell and June Nicolle, both of Murray Harbour, P.E.I. He was predeceased by sons, Gerald and Kevin, and his loving wife, Cora Isabel (Campbell); brothers, Nathan, Lester and Lloyd and sister, Phyllis.
Cremation has taken place.
