R. Ann Nelson, 58, of Charlottetown, PEI, and formerly of Parrsboro, passed away Monday, August 17, 2015 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown.
Born in Parrsboro, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Merle (Skidmore) Farrell. She is survived by her husband, George; daughters, Jennifer Nelson, Kingston, Ont.; Laura (Tim) Last, Ottawa; a son, Paul (Heather) Nelson, Ottawa; grandchildren, Liam and Mason, Kingston, Ont.; Hunter, Ottawa; brothers, Jim (Laura), Charlottetown; Mike (Cathy), Bedford; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her infant son, George.
Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro. Burial in St. Brigid’s Catholic Cemetery, Parrsboro.
