Passed peacefully away in the presence of her family on Wednesday, March 26, 2008, age 64 years. Predeceased by her husband George, parents Leah and Chesley Petten, brothers Job and Hayward Petten. Leaving to mourn her sons: George (Diana), Perry (Darlene), Derwin (Barbara), Harold (Lillian); grandchildren: Derwin, Derrick, Steven, Jennifer, Brian, Katie, Wandalea and Christopher; sister Daisy Chaytor (Baxter); sisters-in-law Alice Petten, Joan Petten, Mabel Smith, Nellie Piercey (Fred), Alice Dale (Clayton), Anita Carr (Harold); brothers-in-law: Sam (Edith) and Les (Gloria); very special niece Mabel Chaytor; special friends: Ida Batten, Ethel Porter and caregiver Mary Batten. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Friday 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday 10-12 noon. Funeral service in All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 2 p.m. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Dunn's Hill Road, Foxtrap.
