Passed peacefully away on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital. Born in Grand Bank to the late Edward and Frances Follett. Predeceased by her sister Eleanor Abbott (2006). Left with very fond memories are her sons David (Sabina Wilhelm) and Doug (Steven Bailey) and their father Lloyd; grandchildren Sophie and Rhea; her siblings Clayton, Bertha, Cyril, Mary, Linda, Judy, Wavey, Edward, Rose, Bill, Lorraine and Shelia; 41 nieces and nephews, especially Barry Verbiski and his wife Karen, as well as a wide circle of friends, especially her home care providers Geraldine Reid, Stephanie White and neighbour Madonna Predham. We will all miss her positive outlook and kind heart. Memorial Service to be held at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Friday at 11 pm with visitation on Thursday, August 27, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Interment to follow on September 28th, 2015 in Springdale. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in her name are most welcome.
