Grace Legge of Heatherton, passed peacefully away on Sept. 10 at the Long Term Care Centre Corner Brook nearing her 96th birthday. Predeceased by her husband Tolbert Legge and her sons, Dean and Danny and son-in-law, David LeFresne. Also her parents Dean and Mary Butt and 12 siblings. She leaves to mourn: her sons: George (Ruby), Larry (Verna), Ned (Barb), Donald (Christine), Kevin (Dianne), Sean (Alma). Her daughters: Lillian (Michael Dietrich), Gloria (Scott LeDrew) and Rosemary. A large number of grand and great-grand children. Her sisters: Sarah Ford and Pearl Gillam and her brother Norris (Jane) Butt and sister-in-law Kezie Butt and a large circle of family and friends. The family wishes to thank the staff of the 4th Floor South of the Long Term Care Centre for their excellent care and also a special thank you and appreciation to Leah Byrne and Agnes Hughes for their loving care and regular visits to her. The family will have visitation at St. Joseph's Church in Heatherton on Saturday at 7 pm. Funeral Service will be on Sunday at 2 pm at the church followed by internment.
