Passed away suddenly but peacefully on September 2, 2015, Mr. Cecil Caines of Bird Cove in his 56th year. Left to mourn but with cherished memories are his brothers Leo (Marjorie), Gord (Anita) Peter, Doug, and Ralph; sisters Cecilia (Mike), Effie (Mike), and Liz (Rodney); nieces and nephews Michelle, Craig, Dwayne, Gordie, Geoffrey and Stacey; as well as a large number of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. We will miss his presence. He was predeceased by his father, Peter Caines and mother, Johanna Caines. Visitation took place at Our Lady of Grace Church in Bird Cove from where the funeral mass was held on Monday Sept. 7 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Bosco officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
