BROWN, Rev. Canon John Henry – Passed peacefully away at his home, surrounded by family on Friday, September 11, 2015, Rev. Canon John Brown, age 86 years. Predeceased by his loving wife of 45 years, Ellen (nee Fiander) (2006); his siblings: Rev. William Brown, Leonard Brown, Gordon Brown, Rita Courage, Jesse Brown and Alice King. Leaving to mourn, his sister, Mildred Hollett; his children: Darrell (Ann), David (Dianne), Deborah Keefe (Scott) and Derek; grandchildren: Andrew, Jennifer, Adam, Eric, Emma, Emily, Elizabeth, Anna, Melissa, Victoria and Mitchell; as well as a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Sunday, September 13, from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. Visitation will also be held at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, Lethbridge, NL, on Tuesday, September 15, from 12:30-1:30pm. Funeral service will follow at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church at 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 15, 2015. Interment will take place at the Anglican Cemetery, Lethbridge.
