Passed peacefully away on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, age 79 years. Predeceased by her husband Edward (2000); mother and father Kathleen and John Noftall; brother Ern; sisters-in-law Margie and Mary, and brothers-in-law Bob, Paddy and Jim. Leaving to mourn her daughters Judy Gorman (Bob), St. John's, Charmaine O'Neill, Ontario, Anna Pittman (Wayne), BC, Anita Murphy (Mike), Alberta, Mary McLean, Bell Island, Joanie Hillier (Carl), Nova Scotia and Linda O'Neill (James), BC; sons Ed O'Neill, Ontario, Jimmy O'Neill, BC, Frankie O'Neill (Judy), St. John's, Fabian O'Neill (Sandy), St. John's, Michael O'Neill (Deedy), Rocky Harbour; brothers Gary Noftall (Stephanie), Dan Noftall (Thelma) and Jack Noftall (Joan), St. John's; sister Joan Rohloff, USA; brothers-in-law Doug and Leonard O'Neill, St. John's; sisters-in-law Pam Noftall, Jean Noftall, Millie O'Neill, St. John's, Anna O'Neill, Ontario, and Marie Myers (Ken), Alberta, as well as a large number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation from Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, September 17, 2015 from Caul's Chapel at 11 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
