Gerald “Jump” Fader
PARRSBORO – Gerald H. “Jump” Fader, age, 86 of Parrsboro passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015 in Parrsboro.
Born in Parrsboro, he was a son of the late William and Winnifred (Smith) Fader.
He operated Fader’s Transfer for many years. As well, he was a blueberry farmer and enjoyed spending time at his McCurdy’s Meadow.
He is survived by his wife, the former Rosella Jeffers; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a sister, Ruth Henwood; a brother, Vincent.
Visitation was held on Friday [September 4, 2015] at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro, where funeral service followed at 2 p.m., Rev. Dawn Léger officiating.
