It is with deep sadness the family announce the passing of Margaret (Harnum) Peddle on September 15, 2015 at the age of 85 years. Predeceased by her husband Hubert, sons Walter and Hubert (Bud), parents Jasper and Eliza Harnum, siblings Bob, Winston, Addie, Nellie and Frances. All those who know her will remember her gentle demeanor, gigantic heart and comforting reassuring smile. Left to mourn her parting and to celebrate her strength and love that she offered to all those who touched her life, her children Ronald (Roma), Gert (Hubert deceased), Mary (Doug), Bernard (Juanita), Patricia (Randy), Tony (Lynn), Margaret (Steve); 17 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; her sisters Alma (Ron), Ethel (Steve), Rowina (Gerald); Her dear friend and bingo companion Daphne, as well as a large circle of friends and extended family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 17 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at The Anglican Cathedral of St. John the Baptist on Friday, September 18 at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
