Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, age 83 years. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Janet Moore, and his wife Jean Pugh Moore; brothers and sisters, Garfield, Noel, David, Jean, and Gertrude. Left with fond and loving memories sons Garry (Beverly); Keith (Linda); Scott; Ian (Allison) and daughters, Heather Sharpe (Wayne) and Lisa Murphy (Neil). Also leaving with cherished memories are his grandchildren: Danica (Dave); Jeff (Devon); Jason (Laura); Brad (Holly); Chad, Corey, Colin, Andrew and Mark; his great-grandchildren: Coby, Bradyn, Hillary, Brody, Natalie, Brett and Justin; two step-grandchildren: Angie (Randy) and Jamie (Shannon), as well as step-great-grandchildren: Juliana, Kenny, Jaden, Jaxon, Amber and Ryder; sisters Alma Pond and Lorraine Moores; sisters-in-law Dorothy and Evelyn Moore, and many other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends may visit the family at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Wednesday, September 23, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24 at 11 a.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel.
