Brenda Marie Rossiter

Passed on: September 24th, 2015

It is with very sad hearts that we announce the September 24th 2015 passing of our mother and grandmother, Brenda Marie Rossiter (nee Kennedy) in her 71st year, after an incredibly courageous and brave battle with a very rare and unforgiving disease. Brenda was the daughter of the late Terence and Nance (Nugent) Kennedy. Brenda taught us the meaning of real strength with the passing of her son John; Paramedic killed tragically while on duty during Hurricane Juan in Halifax, NS, Sept. 2003. She taught us the meaning of true love with the sudden passing of husband and best friend William (Bill) in May 2005. Left with a heart full of wonderful memories are son Billy (Carrie) and daughter Karen (Pearce West). We will spend our lifetime sharing those special memories and stories with Grammie's two little joys; Will and Katie Rossiter. Lovingly remembered by her brother John Kennedy (Margaret) and sister Rose Ann Evans (Bruce Anstey), nieces and nephews Deanne (Gerald) Handrigan, Denise (Tony) Randell, Johnny (Pauline) Kennedy, Tina Evans, Jill (Justin) Young and their families.
