Born In: Beaver Cove

Passed in: Beaver Cove
Passed on: September 24th, 2015

Jimmy, age 69, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015, after a lengthy illness.
Jimmy was the son of the late Joseph Allen and Margaret Ann MacMullin in Beaver Cove. Jimmy grew up and lived his life in Beaver Cove. He loved to stay busy working whether it was in the woods, on his tractor, in his garage, or in the yard. He had a wide circle of friends and never missed a square dance.
Jimmy worked with Rudderham’s Well drilling for over 25 years. He was known as a 'jack of all trades' in the community and was always there to help others with any problem from plumbing to machinery. He could be counted on to show up at any time of the day or night, do his best, and somehow get the problem fixed. He made friends wherever he went and kept his sense of humor throughout his illness.
Jimmy is survived by his wife of 49 years Lorraine (Lori) MacMullin; his daughters, Theresa MacNeil (Donnie), Beaver Cove, Carolyn Willis (Tom), Upper Port La Tour; his son, Jimmy MacMullin, Beaver Cove; sisters, Sally (Rowe Rudderham), Westmount, Dannette Chapados (Guy), Mississauga, Ont., Delores MacIntyre (Kevin Currie), Beaver Cove; brothers, Joe MacMullin (Sandra), Frenchvale, Sandy MacMullin, Sydney, and Frank MacMullin (Janet), Boisdale; brother-in-law Donald MacEachern, Glendale; grandchildren, Mary Emma and Maggie MacNeil and Jacob, Tommy and Silas Willis. Jimmy was predeceased by his parents and his sister Mary MacEachern.
