GIGGIE, IRIS
Iris Giggie of Perth-Andover passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, September 26, 2015. Iris was born in Woodstock, NB on January 8, 1932. She was the daughter of the late Bill and Mary (DeMerchant) Clark.
Iris leaves behind her daughters Mary Cobbett (Frank) of Oromocto, NB, Marlene Manuel of Perth-Andover, Patty Goodine of Plaster Rock, Joanne Giggie (Gerald Michaud) of Grand Falls, Susan Giggie (Jeff Williams) of Perth-Andover; her sons Marven Giggie (Sally) of Calgary, AB, Dale Giggie (Cheryl) of Slave Lake, AB, Dwayne Giggie (Deloris Michaud) of Perth-Andover; her sister Marietta Johnson of Woodstock; brothers Anson Clark, Clayton Clark (Betty), and Edward Clark (Mildred) all of Hartland, Cyril Clark (Lois) of Oshawa, ON, Harley Clark of Canterbury, NB; 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Iris was predeceased by her husband Edmund Giggie; son Dalton Giggie; sister Geraldine MacLean; Brothers Moncel Clark, Wilson Clark, Clarence Clark; and a great-granddaughter Mackenzie Carr.
Visitation will be held at Brunswick Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 from 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will take place at the Calvary Tabernacle on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 2 pm. Rev. Jonathan McNair will be officiating with interment in the Wharton Cemetery, Upper Kent, NB.
