Passed suddenly at home, Wednesday September 30, 2015 of Bertha Robbins of York, age 83 years.
Beloved wife of the late Harlan Robbins and Robert (Bob) Sangster, loving mother of Valerie (Will), Fred (Karen), Aubrey (Janice), Brenda, Glenda, Harlene, Cheryl and William.
Bertha will be lovingly remembered by her 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and her siblings - Isobel “D.D.”, Nellie, Fenton and Heath.
She was predeceased by her parents, Nelson and Rhoda (nee Kennedy) Buell, grandson - Oakley Sangster, son-in-law - John Hunter; and siblings - Roy, Ruby, Marjorie, Elsie, Eva and Ferne.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford for visitation Friday, October 2, 2015 from 6-9 p.m.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Murray Harbour Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
