It is with great sadness that the family of the late Alfred Pilgrim of Anchor Point announces his passing on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 63 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his parents Susan (nee Genge) and Howard Pilgrim; sisters Marina Genge, Barbara Chambers (Whyman), Gwen Sheppard (Craig) and Jennifer Pilgrim; brothers Lewis Pilgrim, Daryl Pilgrim (Ruby) and Ronald Pilgrim (Mary); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a large circle of friends. Visitation took place at St. Matthews Anglican Church, Anchor Point on Tuesday and Wednesday from where the funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept 30 with Reverend Omar Reyes officiating. Interment followed at the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, Port au Choix.
