Valerie Caissie, 80, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Friday, October 9th, 2015 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB. Born in Grande-Digue, NB, he was the son of the late Hervé and the late Anna (née: Arsenault) Caissie.
Prior to retirement, Mr. Caissie worked in the fishing industry. He was a member of the Club D’Age d’Or de Saint-Antoine.
He is survived by his common-law spouse, Claudette (née: LeBlanc); his children: Paulette (Georges) LeBlanc of Shediac Cape, Odette Caissie (André Godin) of Dieppe, Alcide (Paulette Bourque) of Moncton, George of Shediac Cape and Val Jr. (Monique Cloutier) of Moncton and their mother, Georgine Caissie; eight grandchildren: André, Danielle, Sean, Amanda, Jesse, Brendan, Ryan and Justin; several brothers and sisters, as well as many nieces and nephews.
