Passed peacefully away on October 11, 2015. Predeceased by husband Cyril in 2000, grandson Scott Emberley 2010, parents George and Emily Marper, brothers George and Ron and sister Betty. Leaving to mourn children Pam (Paul), Philip (Linda), and Debbie; much loved grandchildren Steven Emberley, Grant Kirby and Heather Kirby; great grandchildren Ronan Emberley and Isabella Emberley; sisters in law; family in Australia and England, war brides and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 14 and Thursday, October 15 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16 at 1:30 p.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel. Reception to follow in Carnell's lounge. Interment at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road, following reception. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation.
