It is with great sadness that the family of the late Debbie Marks announce her passing on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 59 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Edward; daughter Krista Colbourne (Greg), Corner Brook; granddaughters: Makayla and Gracie; sisters and brothers: Linda Rowsell (Bill), Corner Brook, Glynn Abbott (Carol Ann), Kitchener, Ont., loving sister Gloria Pittman (Bill), Rocky Harbour, Randy Abbott (Diane), Pasadena and Cheryl Abbott, London, Ont.; special sister-in-law Yvonne Marks; best friends: Gertie Rose and Colleen Wells; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Annie Abbott, sisters Laverne Buckle and Berril Abbott, brother Anthony "Tony" Abbott. A private visitation and funeral service was held at Fillatre's Funeral Home, St. Mark's Avenue with interment at Mount Patricia Cemetery, Father Terry Boland officiating.
