DOIRON, BERNICE
1960 - 2015
Bernice Doiron, 55, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Tuesday, October 20th, 2015, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB. Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of Valmont and Simone (née: Gaudet) Gaudet.
Prior to her illness, Mrs. Doiron was employed as a nurse at the Sackville Memorial Hospital and the Villa Providence in Shediac. She had a passion for reading and playing the guitar, and was a member of Notre-Dame-de-Lorette parish.
Besides her parents, Valmont and Simone Gaudet of St.-Joseph, she is survived by her husband of 32 years, Gerard “Gerry”; one daughter, Chantal (Andrew) Widgery of Dartmouth, NS; one sister, Edith Gaudet of St.-Joseph; two brothers: Euclide (Charline) of St.-Joseph and Serge (Janice Leger) of Dieppe; two grandchildren: Ethan and Maëlle and also by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Thursday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm ONLY. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, N.B., on Friday, October 23rd, 2015 at 11 am. Interment in Saint-Anselme Parish Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
