LeBLANC, BERNICE RITA
Bernice R. LeBlanc, 63, of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, October 22, 2015. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Adelard Thebeau and Dorilla Bastarache.
Bernice was a former waitress and hairstylist. She enjoyed going to the beach, sun tanning, shopping and spending time with her family and friends, especially with her grandson, Ryan.
Bernice will be sadly missed by her daughter, Tina LeBlanc and son, Jeff LeBlanc, both of Moncton; grandchildren, Ryan and Brock LeBlanc; sisters, Viola Cormier (Raymond) of Cocagne, Aurella Griffin and Muriel Melanson, both of Moncton; brothers, Andy Bastarache (Angeline) of Rogersville and Ovide Bastarache (Alice) of Moncton; several nieces, nephews and godchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Doreen Bastarache and brother, Ronald Bastarache and by the father of her children, Gerry LeBlanc.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church (Dominion St.) on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 10:00 am, with Rev. Laurence Quin-Morris officiating. Reception in the Parish Hall following the Mass. Interment, Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
In memory of Bernice, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
