Terry Denise LeDrew, aged 62 years, passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, October 22nd, 2015. Beloved daughter of Frank and Floss LeDrew of Pasadena. Predeceased by her sibling, Peter. Journalist, adventurer, gardener, baker, skygazer, and animal lover, Terry was a charismatic and restless soul who inspired those around her. Left with treasured memories of family feasts, kindness, and lively discussions on current events, are cherished sister, Shirley Sweetland, brother David (Betty-Lou) LeDrew, Stewart "Butch" (Joan) LeDrew, Brenda LeDrew-Keyes, and Deborah LeDrew (Frank Balogh), her children: Kip Bonnell, and Rachael LeDrew, nieces and nephews: Christine Fudge, Jane Bayne, Anne Moore, Barry Sweetland, Robert Sweetland, Nancy Day, Vicki Drover, Jonathon (Tree) LeDrew, Frank LeDrew, Lisa LeDrew-Rennie, Scott LeDrew, Susan LeDrew (Desroches), Nathalie Djan-chekar, Nicole LeDrew May, Shell LeDrew, Peter LeDrew, Brock Keyes, Cindy Keyes, Sheila Keyes, Karen Keyes and Richard Christy. Great nieces and nephews: Erin, Amy, Zachary, Joshua, Nathan, Adam and Andrea, Courtney, Nicole, Jason, Jade, Jessie, Brandon, Peter, David, Leslie-Ann, Sarah, Heather, Rebecca, Danica, Lousia Kirsten, Erika, Andrews, Heather, Scott, Shannon, Dianne, Sarah, Amy J, Mathieu, Alexandre, Nicolas, Jacob, Skyler, Evan, Sam, Charlie, Ava Luna. Special friends: Maureen Anonsen, Marina MacDonald, Wanda Hynes, Sandra Skeard-Emberley, Krista Legge, Shawna O'Cionnaith, Jessie Fraser and Coco. As well, left with special memories of Terry are her animal companions: Ace, Bob, Will and Catniss. Special thanks to Dr. Kate Lafferty, Dr. Désirée Dunn, Dr. Lorena Power, Dr. Chris Healey, Dr. Jehan Zaib Siddiqui, their exceptional staff, the Western Star, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Canadian Media Guild, and staff at Sandbanks Provincial Park in Burgeo. Funeral service to be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24th at the Humber Valley United Church in Pasadena. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Canada Foundation, SPCA, Scaredy Cat Rescue, Western Memorial Palliative Care, or the Humber Valley United Church Women's Auxiliary.
