We, the family of the late Gerald Dominey wish to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to all who supported and helped us through this difficult time. To everyone who phoned, visited, sent food, e-mailed, sent flowers, monetary gifts, sympathy cards, memorial donations and those who attended the funeral, please accept our deepest thanks. A special thanks to Dr. O’Grady for his years of care for Gerald. Also thank you to the Doctors and nurses of 4D and CCU whom Gerald called “Angels” and the An Cala Palliative Care for their kindness and support. Many thanks to Rev. Julio Martin and Rev. Debbie Strickland who gave the beautiful homily, and the organist and choir for singing Gerald’s favorite hymns. Also to Leona Hunt and Jenna Stanly for the readings and urn bearers, grandsons Douglas Dicks and Adam Patterson. Poppy would have been so proud! Thank you to the ladies for the lovely lunch following the service. Thank you to Peter, Dan and staff at W.J. Dooley Funeral Home for you compassion. We will be forever grateful.
