Frank died peacefully, surrounded by those he loved, on Monday, November 16, 2015 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital. Frank leaves to mourn his children: "Hey U" Christopher, Margaret (Magz) and Gillian; his brother Bob (Marie), Houston; sisters: Barbara Winter (Gus, deceased), Terry, Sandy (Norman Turner) and Jackie; sister-in-law Lynn. Also left to mourn are a large number of relatives and friends, especially his closest friend Dave Andrews. Frank was predeceased by his parents Al and Ruby Harvey and his brother Doug. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home Limited, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Wednesday, November 18, 2015, from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial was held at St. Teresa's Parish, Mundy Pond Road on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. Cremation will follow with private burial at a later date.
