MICHAEL DAVID WEBB
Michael David Webb of Gibsons died suddenly on November 9, 2015 in Sechelt, B.C. Michael was born in Creston B.C. on Victoria Day, May 18, 1979. Michael lived in Creston with his parents, Gerry and Wilma Webb, and his sister Janice. In 1986, the family moved to Westbank, B.C. where Michael went to Westbank Elementary school and then to Mt. Boucherie Secondary School. Michael enjoyed playing hockey, soccer, golfing, swimming, and going to karate. The family moved to Gibsons, B.C. in 1996 where Michael went to Elphinstone Secondary School. After secondary school he worked on the Sunshine Coast as a labourer and in retail business. In 2002 Michael started working in the petroleum industry out of Calgary, Alberta where he worked for the next 12 years. Most recently, Michael worked as a loader operator for a private contractor in Yellowknife, N.W.T. Michael enjoyed travel, and loved animals. He especially enjoyed spending quality time with his many friends. Above all else Michael loved spending time with his family. Michael is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, David and Ollie Webb. He is survived by his parents, Gerry and Wilma Webb, his sister Janice and niece Anika, his maternal grandparents, John and Martha Edgar, many aunts, uncles and cousins, and his godson Kayden.
