The death occurred at the Atlantic Baptist Home on Monday, November 30, 2015 of Mary M. "Viney" Kennific of Charlottetown and formerly of Morell, age 86 years.
Dear mother of Linda (Gerry) Runighan, Donna Matheson, Michael (Nora) Young, Carolyn (Marcel) Smith, Kenneth Fry, Trevor (Lisa) Leyte and Cheryl (Glen) Leyte-MacLeod. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, sisters and brothers, Bernie (Leo) MacDonald, Gene (Linda) Kennific, Rose (Lawrence) Doucette, Leitha MacDougall and Gerry (Edith) Kennific.
She was predeceased by her parents, Mae and Jim Kennific, brothers and sisters, Leo, Aeneas, Emma, Shirley, Art, Teresa MacDonald, Olive MacGrath, Rachel MacDonald and Genevieve Pye.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow in St. Theresa, Church of the Little Flower Parish Cemetery, Morell. Visiting hours at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
