1970 – 2015
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Marlene Lisa Williams. Marlene was born on January 16, 1970 at the Moncton Hospital. She passed away suddenly at her home in Miramichi on November 30, 2015 with her loving husband of 16 years, Tim Houlahan by her side. Marlene was born in Moncton by her parents Adelard and Rita Williams.
She was predeceased by her beloved father Adelard.
Marlene is survived by the pride of her life, her son Corey Williams (Brittany) as well as her grandson James, whom she loved with all of her heart. Also survived by her loving husband Tim, her mother Rita Williams (Andy Albert), three sisters; Doreen Toole (Derek), Pauline Carruthers (Dan), Darlene Williams, two brothers, Adelard and Guy Williams (Joyce).
Marlene was a caring, generous person who was always available to help others. Marlene and Tim were always opening their doors and their hearts to stray animals. Her belly rubs will be truly missed by Daisy, Sandy, Thumper, Bubbles, Sassy, Cuddles, Mr. Grey and Mrs. Black. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the IWK or to the Miramichi SPCA.
