The death occurred suddenly, at his residence, on Monday, November 30, 2015, of Menzel “Dr. Skate Sharpener” Reilly, of Summerside, formerly of Cape Wolfe and O’Leary, aged 70 years. Born in O’Leary, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Denise (Gallant) Reilly. Survived by his brothers Phelan (Gloria), Larry and David; sisters Betty MacNeill, Esther (Wayne) Miller and Glad (Frank) MacKinnon; sister-in-law Bernice Reilly; and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Gervase and Francis; sister Jean Nicholson; sister-in-law Marjorie Reilly; brothers-in-law Lorne MacNeill and Claude Nicholson. Resting at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where a Celebration of Life Service will be held, on Monday at 2 p.m. Interment in St. Anthony’s Church Cemetery, Bloomfield.
