ADIE MCINTYRE
On behalf of the late Adie McIntyre, we would like to thank our family and friends for the support shown during this difficult time. It's been very overwhelming knowing the lives Adie has touched. We shared so many great stories and memories, it has been a huge comfort to us. He was by far the kindest and most caring man we have ever known.
Thank you to those who came to pay their respects and also to those who travelled to be with us. Adie would have been thrilled to see each and every one of you.
A special thank you to paramedics Harvey Cameron and Charlie Morrison who worked so hard to help Adie. We will be forever grateful for your compassion and commitment.
To Kenny McGillivray and staff, thank you for your professionalism and guidance in walking us through this journey.
Thank you to Reverend Donald MacDonald and Newsom church choir for such a beautiful service. Also to the ladies for providing a lovely lunch.
A special thank you to Adie's niece, Nadara Budden, for speaking on behalf of our family and delivering a eulogy that was absolutely perfect.
A special thank you also to my sister Shelley Budden for your reading. We know you are always here for us.
To Tommy MacIntyre (Adie's brother) and Ross MacVicar (lifetime friend) for the heartfelt tribute paid to Adie, thank you so much. Your performance was flawless. "Into the Mystic" and "Sleepwalk" are songs they played many times together. I know Adie was smiling.
This has been a huge loss for our family, but the kindness shown to us by so many is helping us heal.
Thank you,
Wife Sherri, daughter Melanie (Jason), son Peter (Sheri), Mom Margie and stepdad Doug, sisters Marlain (John), Karen, Margaret, Bernice (Brian), brother Tommy, sister-in-law Lorette, many nieces and nephews.
