It is with heavy hearts the family of Lyman Randall Spear, announce his sudden passing on Thursday, December 10, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Lepreaux, NB, on June 28, 1933, he was the loving husband to Maxine Faye (Hubley) Spear, and son of the late Randall and Wilhemina (Moody) Spear.
Lyman will be remembered as a man who wore many hats. He was an all-around Good Samaritan who prided himself with helping others. Whether he was installing satellites, doing electrical work, managing rentals or simply cooking for the people he loved, there was no mistaking that Lyman loved and enjoyed life to the fullest. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his wife Maxine, Lyman is survived by his sons; David (Frances) Spear and Chris (Jacquie) Spear, daughters; Susan Spear, Bonny (Lou) Daviault, Nicole (Robert) Wiseman, Denise (William) Levy, Michele (Jeremy) Walsh and Daughter-in-law Sandy Spear, brother Leonard (Marilyn Wells) Spear, 13 grandchildren; Jennifer (Andrew) Welton, Jeanette (Dave) Wheaton, Douglas, Trisha (Ken), Meghan, Alex, Zachary, Ryan, Jonathan, Madeline, Kristin, Mackenzie, Jayda, four great-grandchildren; Kole, Kooper, Chase and Jaxson, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Along with his parents, Lyman was predeceased by his first wife Betty Spear, son Bradley Spear, and his brother Breman Spear.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).
