Young, Theresa Mary
It is with great sadness that the family of Theresa Young, formally of St. George's, NL, announces her passing December 11, 2015 in Burton, NB.
Born on Sagona Island, NL, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Snook) Skinner and the wife of the late Augustus Young.
In addition she was predeceased by her children, Joseph, Anne Marie, Aiden; sister, Elizabeth; brother, John and son-in-law, Jerry.
Theresa is survived by  her children, Reginald (Marilyn), Cornwall, ON, Gladys, Burton, NB, Geneva(Perry), Calgary, AB, James(Yvonne), St. George's, NL;  seven grandchildren, Paul (Julie), Lisa (Jeff), Heather (Keith), Travis, Krista (Damien), David (Ashley) and Michael;  seven great-grandchildren, Bennett, Taylor, Caleb, Noah, Aiden, Gavin and Willa as well as several nieces and nephews.
Theresa was a kind, considerate and loving Daughter, Wife, Mom, Nanny and Great Grandma who will be greatly missed and will remain in our hearts forever.
There will be no visitation, a memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on December 17, 2015 at 11 am. Interment will be at a later date in St. George's, NL.
A special thank you is extended to John, Rhonda and the staff, both present and past, of Your At Home Retreat, whose kindness and loving care of our Mom was commendable and much appreciated.
