Passed away suddenly at his residence on Sunday, December 20, 2015. Steve Murphy formerly of Job's Cove, NL age 63 years. Predeceased by his parents Robert Michael Murphy and Margaret Murphy (Colbert); sister-in-law Lorraine Downey (Sullivan); brother-in-law Eric Elliott. Lovingly remembered by his wife Bonnie (Sullivan); his precious son Daniel; brothers David (Julie) Yellowknife, NWT and their children Melanie, Robert, Sara and their grandchildren Taylor and Matthew; John (Gladys) Crossfield, AB and their son Patrick; sister Jean Murphy, Job's Cove, NL; sisters-in-law Maureen (Hugh Sullivan), Brenda Elliott (Eric, deceased), Carole Squires (Ron Taylor), Sharon (Terry Cullen), Heather (Chris Parrell) and Patricia (Richard Cullen); brothers-in-law John (Diane Sullivan), David Downey (Sharon) and Paul Reddy and their families; special friend Johanna Murphy, St. John's, NL; also his co-workers and friends at Country Ribbon. As well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Wednesday from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, December 24, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Patrick's Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
