NASON, GLENDON LELAND
With great sadness, we announce the passing of Glendon Nason at the White Rapids Manor on December 27, 2015. Glendon was born in Saint John, NB on May 30, 1924 to the late Vida Carr and Keith Nason. He is predeceased by his wife of 70 years Linda (Winnie) Nason.
Glendon was an Engineer with CPR for 30 years He loved his camp where he spent many days hunting. He also enjoyed bowling, baseball and curling.
Glendon is survived by his daughter Dianne (Erice) Bawn of Tracy, a son Wayne (Linda) Nason of Fredericton Junction, two sisters; Leila McCulloch of Alberta and Beryl Nason of Ontario, one brother Neil (Audrey) Nason, two grandchildren; Robin (Doris) Nason and Trina (Shawn) Quinlan, four great grandchildren; Brandon and Maggie Mae Nason, Mackenzie and Brendon Quinlan and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents and wife, he was predeceased by a sister Gloria and two brothers; Foster and Tyler Nason.
As per Glendon’s wishes there will be no visitations. Funeral service will be at Sunbury Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 11am with Rev. James Harrison officiating. Interment will be at a later date.
If you wish, donations may be made in Glendon’s memory to the Tracy United Baptist Church, White Rapids Manor or a charity of donor’s choice.
