ROBERTS, Zackery Charles – age 18, Rockville, Yarmouth Co., passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 31, 2015 in Rockville. Born January 19, 1997 in Yarmouth, he was a son of Charles B. and Darlene M. (Campbell) Roberts. Zackery was a grade 12 student at Yarmouth Consolidated Memorial High School who loved hanging around with his friends, playing and watching basketball, listening to music and spending time with his dogs, Eve and Cena. Aside from his parents, Charles and Darlene, Zackery is survived by his big brother, Daniel Roberts, at home. Also surviving is his maternal grandmother, Roseanne Campbell, Grosses Coques, as well as his aunt Donna Campbell, uncle David Campbell, uncle Donald Campbell, aunt Darlene Carter-Roberts, aunt Anne Forbes, uncle Darold Roberts and cousins, Tasha Campbell, Jenelle Campbell, Stephen Carter, Tyler Harris-Carter, Joshua Forbes, Whitney Roberts-Korten, Alicia Roberts and Steffan Roberts. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, David Campbell and his paternal grandparents, Mabel Allen-Roberts and Charles B. Roberts Sr. Visitation took place from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday evening at H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth. The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Thursday, January 7 at the Yarmouth Wesleyan Church, Pastor John Symonds officiated. Spring interment will take place in Yarmouth Mountain Cemetery. It has been requested that there be family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Nova Scotia Division.
