Beloved son of Peggy Birse (Red Deer) and David Lough (Nain, NL), brother of Kevin (Calgary), Chris and Mercy (Edmonton), and grandson of Betty Birse (Wetaskiwin). Uncle Colin will be especially missed by Keana, Sienna, Sean and Hayden, who he loved dearly and treated to concerts, hockey games, dinners, and swimming.
