ARSENAULT, RONALD "RONNIE" JOSEPH
Ronald “Ronnie” Joseph Arsenault, 56, passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday, January 8, 2016. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Francis and Aline (Rose) Arsenault.
Ronnie was employed with the City of Moncton for over 29 years in the Community Services Department, most commonly at the Kay Arena. Ronnie enjoyed fishing, darts and playing pool. He enjoyed taking vacations with his family, especially with his grandson.
Ronnie will be sadly missed by his wife of 30 years, Phyllis (Saulnier) Arsenault; daughter, Charline Arsenault and son, Mathieu Arsenault (Joline); cherished grandson, Eric Arsenault and an expected grandchild on the way in 2016; sister, Kathleen Pineau; brothers, Walter (Teresa), Melvin, Robert and Yvon.
Visitation will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. A Funeral Mass to celebrate Ronnie’s life will be held at St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 12:00 pm with Rev. Laurence Quin-Morris presiding. Reception following the mass.
